Deals Get Done: Corcel and Sintana Energy Announce Strategic Alliance at Africa Energies Summit

And there’s no better illustration of this than the events of yesterday, when Summit attendee, Corcel, announced the signing of a binding heads of terms for a strategic alliance with AES25 Bronze Sponsor, Sintana Energy – a transaction that secures $2,500,000 in exchange for a 5% net interest in Block KON-16.
