Whilst this is a bit of a ThrowbackThursday, what we’re really doing here is looking to the future of Africa’s upstream industry, as we focus on the winner of the 29th Big Five Board Award’s Emerging Leaders in African Energy Category.

Voted for by her industry peers during this year's Africa Energies Summit, Victoria Sibeya, Acting Managing Director of NAMCOR NAMIBIA, was a deserved winner of this accolade.

It reflects an already stellar career comprising nearly two decades of experience and an impressive range of technical and leadership roles within NAMCOR, as well as a dedication to the development of her professional qualifications.
