Panels
We will connect you with your moderator ahead of the event.
Moderators will coordinate a preparation call to discuss themes and structure.
No slides or presentations required - just discussion.
Ensure that you rendezvous at your specified stage in the networking break before your session starts.
This is to ensure that there is time to be mic’d up in advance of the session kick off.
Headset microphones come with a wire and a battery pack. To ensure comfort and mobility, we recommend wearing a belt or waistband so the battery pack can be securely attached during your session.
Tell Your Network
If you haven’t already, we’d love for you to share the news that you’ll be speaking at the Summit with your network. It’s a great way to build visibility around your session and the event as a whole. We use InGo to make this quick and easy - simply follow the link below to access your personalised speaker banner for LinkedIn:
Access Speaker Banner via InGo here.Thank you for helping us spread the word!
Moderators
We ask that you coordinate a briefing call with your panellists at least 2 weeks in advance.
We ask that you prepare a brief session outline based on everyone’s input. It does not need to be overly detailed - just a loose structure with a few guiding questions - as we’d like the discussion to remain as natural and dynamic as possible.
You can find speaker bios in the Frontier App. Let us know if you need any support.
