A limited number of complimentary student passes are available for students with an interest in the global upstream energy industry. This is an opportunity to gain insight into the sector, hear from industry leaders, and build valuable professional connections.

Before You Apply

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and will close once all complimentary student places have been allocated. Early applications are strongly encouraged.

Please note:

Applications are assessed individually, and places are limited.
Submission of an application does not guarantee a complimentary pass.
Successful applicants will be notified by email with confirmation of their registration.
The complimentary pass covers admission to the Summit only. Travel, accommodation, visa costs and all other expenses remain the responsibility of the attendee.
Access to the VIP Dinner, Gala Dinner and any invitation-only events is not included with a complimentary student pass.
The World Energies Summit operates under strict confidentiality. By accepting a complimentary pass, attendees agree to treat all discussions, presentations and networking conversations as confidential unless expressly stated otherwise by the speaker or participant.
Any breach of these confidentiality requirements, or conduct deemed inconsistent with the professional standards of the Summit, may result in the immediate withdrawal of the complimentary pass and removal from the event without notice.
